I left the country where I grew up and flew to America, beginning an entirely new chapter of my life.

I continued my education in the U.S. and began building the life and career I had imagined.
CAREER & MOTHERHOOD
I built my career, married and became a mother. Life became fuller, and much busier.
I grew up in a mountain city surrounded by two rivers. My grandmother, my aunt and I washed our clothes by the river, laying them across warm rocks to dry. Grandma raised me and shaped so much of who I am today.
She also taught me a different way of thinking about beauty. For her, beauty wasn't only about what you put on your skin. She believed it started from within. Her herbal rituals were simply part of everyday life — her way of caring for herself from the inside out.
Years later, after moving to America, continuing my education, building my career and becoming a mother, I found myself returning to my grandmother's ritual.
But there was one problem: who has three or four hours every day to watch herbs slowly simmer? I certainly didn't.
At the same time, I was already taking modern beauty supplements every day — collagen, Vitamin C, hyaluronic acid and CoQ10. And one day I thought: why am I doing all of this separately?
What if I could preserve my grandmother's herbal tradition, make it convenient for modern life, and bring it together with the beauty nutrients that were already part of my daily routine?
That question became the beginning of VENIVA Beauty.
I wanted to preserve the wisdom my grandmother gave me while making it fit the way we live today. Our first ritual brings together time-tested Asian herbal tradition and modern nutritional science in one simple daily beauty sachet.
But VENIVA is about more than what we take. It's about creating simple, thoughtful rituals for caring for ourselves — from within and from the outside, too.
